The new Spring/Fall Racing Series bib shorts are made from the same insulating fabric used in our winter leg warmers, making them warmer than the previous model in the line. This affects the legs and hip area, as the EQUIPE R does away with the double layer in the crotch used in the previous model. The new design offers even thermoregulation instead of lightly insulated legs and an overly insulated abdominal area. The new fabric has an eco-friendly water-repellent finish: this treatment causes road spray and light rain to bead up and roll off rather than soak into the fabric. These bib shorts incorporate the new EQUIPE R S11 chamois. This bib short features an updated shape, ideal for aggressive riding positions, and our goldenGate 2.0 construction, a patented design that moves freely. Pair these bib shorts with the EQUIPE R Spring/Autumn jersey in harsh spring and autumn conditions, and add an EQUIPE RS Waterproof, an ALLEYCAT TARGA jacket, and winter leg warmers when needed. This new bib short is designed for high-intensity racing and training, especially in the harsh conditions of cold, wet, and in-between seasons. The EQUIPE R design features our warmest Spring/Autumn fabric yet: this tightly woven material protects you from wind and road spray as well as light rain. FEATURED FABRICS RX Extreme fabric is our most insulating material in the RX line. This warp-knitted brushed fabric boasts excellent breathability and a water-repellent treatment, making it ideal for racing on cool days with drizzle and light winds.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT
Our racingFit AEPD 11 was created based on feedback from WorldTour riders. This aerodynamic design, which fits like a second skin, offers total compression and stability. Its seamless waistband prevents pressure buildup in aggressive riding positions.

PILtec Plug-In: The hem features a band in a lightweight, ultra-breathable fabric. This incorporates micro-dots of silicone, invisible from the outside, which stabilize the garment and maintain grip when wet.

Acqua Shield Tec:This eco-friendly water-repellent treatment causes water to bead up and roll off the fabric to maintain a dry microclimate inside.

X-Frame:The A-frame bib design prevents the garment from sagging and bunching at the lower back, while also stabilizing the chamois and main upper panel during high-intensity rides. Anchored at the shoulders by our lightest bib straps.
