MaxxSpeed | A single compound with high silica content, ideal for XC races. Offers more grip even in wet conditions and a 25% reduction in rolling resistance compared to the legendary 3C MaxxSpeed triple compound, allowing MaxxSpeed tires to reach higher speeds and faster laps.

EXO Protection | This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewalls of several MTB and Gravel models. It is densely woven yet extremely lightweight and flexible, ensuring that the tires continue to deliver great performance.

Tubeless Ready (TR) | Tubeless tires offer many advantages. Riding at lower air pressure improves traction and reduces rolling resistance compared to inner tubes. Additionally, the risk of punctures is significantly reduced by using sealant instead of tubes, as small holes are sealed instantly.

Wide Trail (WT) | Traditional tires were developed for narrow rims, so they become too angular on wide rims and no longer deliver optimal performance. In contrast, Maxxis’ Wide Trail design features a tread pattern and tire shape tailored to modern rims. WT tires are optimized for 30 mm rims but also perform well with inner rim widths up to 39 mm.
