Our electric bike-specific wheelset uses the DT Swiss Hybrid hub, which features reinforced bearings and a steel-free freehub body for maximum reliability. By adding thicker spokes and our extremely durable MC32 rims, this wheelset is more than up to the challenge of the most extreme e-adventures.

FRONT AND REAR RIM SPECIFIC

If each wheel plays a different role and is subjected to different forces, why do most brands try to sell you the same rim for both front and rear wheels?

FLAT TIRE PROTECTION

On Tubeless wheels, when the tire is pinched between an external object and the rim sidewall, cuts can occur. By increasing the rim profile width in these areas, we significantly reduce the likelihood of these common punctures.

ASIMMETRIC RIMS

Asymmetric rims allow us to balance spoke length and tension. In short, they involve fewer spoke sizes, more balanced tensions, and wheels that are more durable and reliable.

DIRECTED SPOKE HOLES

By aligning the spoke hole angle with the angle at which the spoke exits the rim, we significantly reduce tension on the spoke nipple. Although applying this technology requires additional design and manufacturing work, the result is a much more reliable wheel with fewer spoke breakages.

DIRECTED SPOKE SEAT

This is one of the most stressed points of the rim. By reinforcing these areas, we increase rim reliability without adding excessive weight.

J-BEND SPOKES

During our reliability tests, J-BEND spokes show a considerable increase in fatigue resistance, resulting in a truer wheel and greater durability.

SECURE NIPPLE LOCKING

We apply a thread-locking adhesive to each nipple separately. This liquid creates greater friction between the spoke’s threaded section and the nipple, eliminating air between them, ensuring the spoke maintains tension and allows for adjustments if needed.

HOOKLESS RIMS

Hookless rims feature straight sidewalls instead of a hooked design. The main advantage is their reduced weight, but we have also measured a significant improvement in impact resistance thanks to our Wide Bead design with a wide bead seat.
