A STRONG AND PUNCTURE-RESISTANT RIM; SUFFICIENTLY RIGID, YET RESISTANT TO VIBRATIONS.

The application of a design tailored to both front and rear positions is key to the performance of this wheel. Front wheels are designed to find grip and support a wider tire at lower pressures, while rear wheels maximize power transfer and puncture resistance.

PUNCTURE PROTECTION

On Tubeless wheels, when the tire gets pinched between an external object and the rim sidewall, cuts can occur. By increasing the rim profile width in these areas, we significantly reduce the likelihood of these typical punctures.

ASYMMETRICAL RIMS

Asymmetrical rims allow us to balance the length and tension of the spokes. In summary, they involve fewer spoke sizes, more balanced tensions, and more durable and reliable wheels.

DIRECTIONAL SPOKE HOLES

By aligning the spoke hole angle with the angle at which the spoke exits the rim, we significantly reduce the stress on the spoke nipple. Although applying this technology requires additional design and manufacturing work, the result is a much more reliable wheel with fewer spoke breakages.

DIRECTIONAL SPOKE SEAT

This is one of the most stressed points of the rim. Reinforcing these areas increases rim reliability without adding excessive weight.

J-BEND SPOKES

During our reliability tests, J-BEND spokes show a significant increase in fatigue resistance, which implies a centered wheel and greater durability.

SECURE NIPPLE LOCKING

We apply a threadlocker to each nipple separately. This liquid creates higher friction between the threaded part of the spoke and the nipple, eliminating air between them, ensuring that the spoke does not lose tension and allows for adjustments if necessary.

HOOKLESS RIMS

Hookless rims have straight sidewalls instead of a hooked design. The main advantage is their reduced weight, but we have also measured a significant improvement in impact resistance thanks to our Wide Bead design with a wide bead hook.
