The aim of the Recon 1.0 is to add confidence and functionality for cyclists who push their limits uphill to enjoy unforgettable views, those who might be hooking up for the first time, or those who hop on their spinning bike for a workout session after work. Comfort and versatility are key, and that's what the Recon 1.0 was created for.
Body Geometry: Like all Body Geometry shoes, the Recon 1.0 is ergonomically designed and scientifically proven to improve comfort, increase performance, and reduce the possibility of injury for every cyclist with patented technology, while boosting power by 7 watts - validated by science.
Stride Technology: Stride technology provides a flexible outsole and an upper around the toe combined with a rigid cleat cavity, allowing the shoe to flex easily when walking and remain stiff and efficient when pedaling.
Efficiency: The Recon 1.0 uses a Boa L6 dial with a soft lace cable made with Dyneema thread, eliminating unwanted stretch while dispensing with hard molded guides to give cyclists a more flexible upper that fits comfortably to the foot. Additionally, the outsole is optimized to put your power into the pedal through balanced stiffness.
